Disadvantaged young people with entrepreneurial ambitions are being offered help to achieve company formation.
The Princes Trust is offering a business mentoring service to give advice on subjects such as tax planning and asset protection.
The Trust also offers financial support, which includes low-interest business loans.
As reported by Smallbusiness.co.uk, a spokesman for the Princes Trust said: "Usually the types of people who come to us are people who have been turned away previously.
"They dont get any help from banks; banks arent willing to give them loans."
He explained: "We give them that trust that they need. As long as we think its a viable plan we give them a business plan to go away with so they can get it set up and start earning money."
The initiative aims to help young people who are long-term unemployed, reformed offenders or educational underachievers.
The Princes Trust is a UK charity that helps people aged between 14 and 30 overcome barriers and get their lives back on track.
A recent study suggested that the skills of entrepreneurship can be learnt.
The NCFE, a national awarding body, recently questioned UK students and training providers on whether they thought enterprise could be taught - and 62 per cent said it could.
