act
in
this
capacity.
This
means
our
corporate
nominee
will
act
as
secretary
for
your
company.
The
appointment
does
not
give
the
nominee
any
control
over
a
company.
The
nominee
can
not
influence
the
day
to
day
running
or
management
of
the
company.
A
limited
company
must
have
a
company
secretary
under
section
283
of
the
Companies
Act
1985.

may
be
purchased
with
or
without
our
company
formation
packages
and
allows
our
clients
to
use
our
nominee
company
as
secretary
for
their
companies.
The
annual
fee
for
this
service
is
£58.25
inc
vat.
As
this
is
a
budget
service
we
charge
a
additional
fee
for
administrative
duties
carried
out.
E.g.
£23.50
inc
vat
for
a
letter
to
the
bank
and
£11.75
inc
vat
for
each
signature
and
seal
provided.
We
also
provide
an
Executive
company
secretary
package
which
includes
full
company
administration
and
compliance
service.
