Clients who require confidentiality and additional privacy may wish to use our Corporate Nominee Shareholder service. Our Corporate Nominees will hold the shares for clients under a legally executed Declaration of Trust. We arrange legalisation through our solicitors.

We are also able to provide overseas clients with an apostille from the Foreign & Commonwealth office which legalise the documents. The documents are valid in any country which is a signatory to the 1961 Hague Convention treaty. We are also able to legalise documents through a Notary Public. The nominee shareholder is held in the strictest of confidence and will not be disclosed to without a valid warrant or court order. Overseas clients who require an apostille and additional legalisation are charged a fee of £120.00
