This application was designed and developed for business inc and has now been rolled out as a complete cross sector solution for any business requiring order management, customers management, billing and correspondence to be done from a single program. Auto reminders and automatic letter generation are some of the features of the program.

Program has following features:

• add, edit and delete orders and products/services in order
• orders can be searched by Order Number, Client Code, Client Name, Client Phone, Client
• Postcode, Date, Order Status, Product Name and Product Details
• order list can be viewed in different modes –Order details and Product details
• each order can contain unlimited number of product/services
• each product in order has its price, discount, VAT percent and quantity
  order form can be printed out and saved
• program can have unlimited number of client product/services in different categories
• each product has its own profile and this profile is customized for business requirements
• fields can be added, changed or removed form product profiles, they layout and size can
  be changed
• products can be grouped for creating complex product (that is combined with few simple ones)
