a simple
cost structure,

per transaction,
using our
Email Payslip
service,
and £1.10
using our
traditional
mailing
out payslip
service
There are
no hidden
charges
or catches
and no minimum
charges.
For clients
with 15
or fewer
staff we
work out
cheaper
than a yearly
payroll
software
license
alone!
Payslips
We
offer two
methods
of receipt:
•
Email. We
use encrypted
ACROBAT.
This is
sent to
your nominated
Email account,
printed
out at your
office,
on our supplied
payslips.
•
Traditional,
we seal
in envelopes
and dispatch
them to
you. There
is an additional
charge
of between,
£1.20
- £6.00,
(post office
charges,
not ours!).
To try and
encourage
you to use
our Email
option,
we do charge
10p per
payslip.
The
Terms
We do not
tie you
to any long
term contracts
like some
agencies.
We are confident
that our
payroll
prices and
our standard
of work
will be
a good enough
incentive
for you
to stay
with us.
Due to our
price structure
we do ask
for all
monies due
to be paid
via Direct
Debit, at
the time
of the payroll
being submitted.
For clients
of 10 or
fewer staff,
we ask for
monies to
be paid
quarterly
in advance,
based on
current
staff count,
with an
additional
adjustment
made on
the following
invoice.
