Switzerland
is undoubtedly
one of the most
attractive countries
in the world
in which to
live, work,
and run a company.
It offers a
combination
of political
and economic
stability, a
clean and safe
environment,
and comparatively
low personal
and company
tax rates. But
the tax regime,
whilst relatively
benign, is quite
complex.
REQUIREMENTS
Capital
must be
at least
20,000,
- CHF (£8500)
and cannot
exceed 2,000.000,
- CHF.
Swiss
laws do
not limit
the number
of foreign
owners nor
their nationality.
However
and importantly,
with a Sąrl,
all owners
are filed
publicly
with their
full name
and nationality.
The
registration
of a sąrl
does require
a local
director
which is
provided
by our associates
in Switzerland.
It
is possible
for a non
local resident
to maintain
anonymity
and control
while managing
the company.
