We provide you with your own exclusive 212 telephone which is answered in your company name by a professionally trained secretary NOT a machine. Messages are taken and forwarded to you free of charge. Calls can also be transferred to you wherever you are.

The package also includes a dedicated 212 fax line. Faxes may be forwarded by your preferred method e.g. email, post etc.

The Virtual Office Professional comes with free PIN protected voicemail and callers can also be transferred to the client’s secure voicemail which may be accessed through any telephone handset anywhere in the world. The voice messages may also be accessed through the internet.

Transfer of calls (call forwarding), the per minute rate in the USA is .15 cents. The call forwarding per minute rate to foreign countries varies by country please enquire for further information.

Clients wishing calls to be transferred will be required to pay £100 deposit on account.
